Refund policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds, if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

Your satisfaction is our first priority at GC Nuts and Confectionery.  You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. 

All returns are subject to us being notified within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.  Items must be returned in their original packaging unopened, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. 

If the product has been damaged in anyway, we will need to have a photograph of the damaged item sent through to us.  Please do not throw anything away until speaking with us, without photographic evidence there will be no refund.
